The practice Principal and Senior counsel was admitted into practice in 2008, she holds a Bachelor of Law (Hons) Degree from the University of Zimbabwe. She is specialized in corporate law, banking law and insurance law with expertise and exposure in mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory services, litigation, debt collection, conveyancing and is a labour law expert.  Her boutique of skills and experience also covers joint ventures, mining law and general legal compliance. She has a keen interest in all maner of litigation, property law and Mining law. Marking her territory in the legal world, she has been involved in some groundbreaking transactions. Representing a number of Parastatals, she continues to make her presence felt in the corporate world. An avid reader, Zodwa continues to expand her knowledge in litigation, conveyancing and Intellectual Property law and Commercial law.

Mr Mahachi is a commercial lawyer specializing in real estate, property development and investment advisory with management experience in a wide range of business and corporate operations that include petroleum industry, financial services, retail, supply chain and logistics spanning over 30 years. He has a keen interest in Conveyancing and litigation. He has acquired extensive knowledge and experience in debt collection, conveyancing and notarial work.  In his corporate years of experience, he has displayed high dispute resolution skills and the ability to settle matters out of court on a win win situation.

Noma has acquired vast experience in civil litigation particularly in labour law, corporate law , debt collection and insurance law. Nomazulu has helped clients with recoveries of rental arrears and debts in general, dispute avoidance and resolution, employment mediation and conciliation, code of conduct drafting and familiarization and retrenchment among others. Nomazulu has exposure in telecommunications law after having worked for one of the big telecommunication companies in Zimbabwe.

Vimbai has acquired expertise in Insurance claims, debt collection, conveyancing, legal opinions and drafting. She has got exposure in handling and finalizing recoveries and Debt Collection. Vimbai is an emerging legal mind keen on learning new concepts and is interested in Corporate Legal Services, Banking Law and the Law of Insurance.
